Using the photo analysis or skin type quiz does not create a purchase. A daily analysis allowance is not a paid credit balance. There is no paid bypass of the free allowance and no automatic renewal.

If you believe you were charged

Keep the receipt, transaction date and the name shown on your statement, then contact the support address listed below so we can identify what happened. Never send a full card number, bank password or other payment credentials in a support message.

Requesting a refund

Ask for a refund within seven days of purchase using the support contact below. Include your payment receipt or checkout reference, the date and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full card details or your photo. If you paid but cannot open the report, contact support rather than paying again.

When a full refund is confirmed, the private report link stops granting access. Payment-provider and bank processing times determine when the refund appears in your account. This request window does not limit statutory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.
