Who can use the tools

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Upload only photos you have permission to use and permission to submit for external AI processing. Do not submit children's photos or someone else's image without their permission.

What the results mean

Photo results describe visible cosmetic appearance and may suggest a conservative skin type tendency. They can be incomplete or wrong. Lighting, makeup, filters, camera processing and image quality can affect the result.

The questionnaire gives a tendency based on your own answers. Neither tool measures clinical indicators, diagnoses a condition or replaces professional care. Do not use FaceScanner for medical decisions, identity verification or appearance ratings.

Free use and allowances

Photo analysis provides a free summary, and the questionnaire remains free. No FaceScanner account, card or purchase is required to view these free results. An optional complete report costs $9.90 once and is available after your free scan.

Photo analysis, when available, allows three successful analyses and ten attempts per browser per UTC day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Only one analysis can run at a time. Unsuitable photos and analysis failures do not use a successful analysis, but attempts are limited. The questionnaire is not limited by the photo allowance.

We may adjust availability or limits to maintain the service and prevent abuse. Do not automate excessive requests, interfere with the service or deliberately evade usage limits.

Your photos and results

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photo. You allow FaceScanner and its service providers to process the submitted copy to deliver the analysis you request. Our Privacy Policy explains that processing.

FaceScanner does not save the photo. Written results are saved temporarily for private access and optional report delivery. Keep the private link and a text copy of a purchased report before its online access ends. Canceling an analysis cannot guarantee that external processing has also stopped.

One-time report purchases

An optional complete report costs $9.90 once and is available after your free scan. The purchase unlocks the complete report associated with that scan. It expands the same observations into care directions, priorities and a recheck suggestion. It does not buy additional scans, a diagnosis or a subscription. Nothing renews automatically. Online access lasts 30 days from the first server confirmation of payment; save your text copy during that time. Anyone holding the private link can open the report. FaceScanner does not send automatic report emails; payment providers may collect payer contact information and send payment receipts.

Availability and responsible use

We work to keep the tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular analysis result or a skincare outcome. External service failures and connection issues can interrupt an analysis.

You are responsible for deciding how to use general cosmetic suggestions and for following product labels. Persistent, painful or changing skin concerns should be discussed with a qualified clinician. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
